I emphasize that a home owner preparing to sell rectify and repair things that are noticed in any serious inspection. It just means that today’s buyers are savvy about maintenance issues.

The front door is the gateway to entering a place of peace, family, comfort and countless other feelings that a house bestows on the buyer.
