The area of Northeast Los Angeles is extremely desirable to all developers primarily due to its location. The reality I see on this is the condition of the home and how many lenders are involved. The more lenders holding notes against the house the longer it takes and the more convincing is required by the listing agent to accomplish the sale with a reasonable offer. Short-sales require a Realtor that is familiar with the process and one that is Certified as I am to handle these sales.
